Factogo only permits content directly related to buildings, estates, residential properties, building management, shared facilities, environmental noise, commuting convenience, security, cleanliness, repairs and maintenance, nearby amenities, and safety observations. You may share positive or negative experiences, but the content must be based on your own first-hand observations or personal usage experience.

The following content must not be posted: content that encourages crime or unlawful activity; defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, bullying, threatening, or intimidating content; content that incites others to attack a specific individual or group; sexual or explicit content; spam; duplicate posts; advertisements; commercial solicitation; real-estate lead generation; fake reviews; and unauthorized photos, videos, documents, floor plans, screenshots, or other materials protected by copyright, confidentiality obligations, or third-party rights.

Factogo may remove content, restrict its visibility, request a rewrite, limit account functions, suspend an account, or terminate an account if the content violates this Guide, other platform policies, or applicable law.
