Report a Review Policy

Any user may report a review that is suspected of violating Factogo’s policies. Reportable reasons include fake reviews, defamation risk, personal data or privacy violations, immediate safety risks, spam, copyright infringement, and any other content that violates the Community Rules, platform policies, or applicable law.

When submitting a report, please provide the reason for the report, a specific explanation, and any supporting materials. If you need to upload documents, please first redact sensitive information, such as identification document numbers, full addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, account numbers, or other personally identifiable information.

Factogo will first triage reports based on risk. Where content involves doxxing, an immediate risk of physical harm, specific threats of violence, sexual content involving minors, serious privacy violations, or clearly unlawful content, Factogo may restrict its visibility first. Other reports will be handled through the standard review process.

If a review is found to violate the applicable rules, Factogo may remove it, edit it into a non-identifiable format, restrict its visibility, request amendments, freeze account functions, or suspend the account. If a review does not violate the rules but concerns a subjective dispute, Factogo may keep the content available.

Factogo may decline to process repeated reports that contain the same information and provide no new supporting materials.
