Review Guidelines

Factogo encourages helpful, specific, first-hand reviews. An ideal review should explain your relationship with the building, the approximate time of your experience, the areas you actually accessed or used, the specific conditions you observed, how those conditions affected your living or usage experience, and the reasons for your rating.

Please prioritize matters you personally saw or used, such as lobby security procedures, lift waiting times, clubhouse facility maintenance, rodent, water leakage or noise issues, management office response times, night-time lighting, and nearby transport.

Please avoid repeating group-chat rumours, disclosing any resident’s or staff member’s personal information, or uploading internal documents that identify individuals or that you are not authorized to share.

If you upload photos or videos, the content must be directly related to your experience, taken by you or used with proper authorization, free from commercial watermarks or promotional copy, and must not contain personally identifiable information. It must also not be cropped or edited in a way that exaggerates the issue or distorts the facts.
